TPM3D will showcase its latest selective laser sintering (SLS) solutions at Formnext 2026, taking place November 17–20 in Frankfurt, Germany. The highlight will be the international debut of the CF250+PPS250 compact SLS 3D printing system, alongside applications in robotics, footwear, automotive, industrial manufacturing, and medical rehabilitation.
Visitors can meet the TPM3D team at Hall 11.0, Booth D29.
CF250+PPS250 Makes Its International Debut
Following its launch in China earlier this year, the CF250+PPS250 will make its international debut at Formnext 2026.
Building on the CF200, the new system offers a 67% larger build volume and up to 133% more parts per build, with only a 20% increase in machine footprint.
Featuring a 250 × 250 × 320 mm build volume, a compact 0.53 m² footprint, and standard 220V power requirements, the CF250 is designed for laboratories, R&D facilities, and small-scale production environments.
Paired with the PPS250 powder processing station, the system provides an integrated workflow for depowdering, sieving, mixing, and powder feeding.

SLS Solutions and Applications Across Industries
Beyond the CF250, TPM3D will highlight its broader industrial SLS capabilities, supported by a portfolio of printers, post-processing equipment, and materials including PA12, PA11, TPU, PEEK, PEKK, and PPS.
Visitors will also discover a range of SLS 3D printed applications in robotics, footwear, automotive and industrial manufacturing, and medical rehabilitation, demonstrating the technology’s potential for complex geometries, lightweight components, and customized production.
