TPM3D will showcase its latest developments in polymer additive manufacturing at Formnext Asia Shenzhen, taking place August 26–28, 2026, at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.
At Booth C81, Hall 15, TPM3D will introduce the new CF250 + PPS250 professional SLS 3D printing solution, featuring a larger build volume and increased production capacity. The company will also exhibit its industrial P360 + PPS system alongside SLS parts and applications from medical, industrial manufacturing, robotics and footwear.
New CF250 + PPS250 Professional SLS Solution to Make Its Global Debut
At TCT Asia in Shanghai earlier this year, TPM3D introduced its compact professional SLS platform, designed to combine a small equipment footprint with industrial-grade printing capabilities.
Six months later, TPM3D will present the next-generation CF250 + PPS250 system for the first time at Formnext Asia Shenzhen.
The upgraded platform goes beyond a simple increase in build size. With an expanded build chamber, the CF250 delivers approximately twice the production capacity of the previous generation, enabling users to fit more parts into each build and improve overall production efficiency.
At the same time, the system retains the practical features of TPM3D’s compact professional SLS platform:
- Compact footprint for space-conscious production environments
- Standard 220 V power supply for easier installation
- Integrated powder handling and management workflow
- Professional SLS capability for prototyping and small-batch production
The larger build volume is designed to give engineering teams, service bureaus, and manufacturers greater flexibility when moving from individual prototypes to higher-volume production.
The CF250 + PPS250 will make its global debut at Booth C81 on August 26.
P360 + PPS Industrial SLS System for Production Applications
Alongside the new professional platform, TPM3D will showcase its established P360 industrial SLS 3D printer with PPS powder processing station.
Designed for industrial production environments, the P360 combines a 360 × 360 × 600 mm build volume with a mature materials portfolio and integrated powder management workflow. It is used for applications ranging from functional prototyping to small- and medium-batch production.
Visitors will be able to examine parts produced on the system and discuss how industrial SLS can be integrated into existing manufacturing workflows.
SLS Applications Across Medical, Industrial, Robotics and Footwear
TPM3D will also present a broad selection of SLS parts to demonstrate how polymer powder bed fusion is being used across different industries.
The display will include functional prototypes, production components and end-use parts, with applications covering:
- Medical and rehabilitation devices
- Industrial components
- Robotics and humanoid robot parts
- Footwear
- Functional and creative product design
Examples will range from customized medical supports and lightweight structural components to high-performance industrial parts and 3D printed footwear.
The objective is to give visitors a direct view of how SLS can support applications beyond prototyping, particularly where design freedom, batch production, material performance and customization are important.
