On September 20, representatives from the Anhui Plastics Association, Shanxi Plastics Industry Association, Shandong Plastics Association, and Shenzhen Plastics Industry Association visited TPM3D’s 10,000-square-meter manufacturing facility in Hefei, Anhui, for a factory tour and industry exchange.
Exploring Industrial SLS Manufacturing
The delegation toured TPM3D’s production workshop and application showroom, gaining an overview of the company’s industrial SLS manufacturing capabilities and application development.
The visit featured SLS-printed parts for automotive, UAV, medical and rehabilitation, cultural and creative, and other applications, with discussions covering polymer materials, complex part production, and the integration of additive manufacturing into industrial workflows.
Industry Exchange on Plastics and Additive Manufacturing
During the discussion, TPM3D presented its product portfolio, global market development, and experience in SLS applications.
The two sides exchanged views on plastics manufacturing transformation, advanced polymer materials, additive manufacturing, and cross-regional industry collaboration. The discussions focused on opportunities to combine established plastics expertise with additive manufacturing to support new product development, complex geometries, and more flexible production.
The visit provided an opportunity for TPM3D to engage directly with representatives of the plastics industry and explore potential applications for polymer additive manufacturing.
TPM3D will continue to develop its SLS technology and work with industry partners to expand practical applications of additive manufacturing across plastics and other manufacturing sectors.
