TPM3D Unveils High-Performance SLS Printers at TCT Asia Shanghai 2021

Table of Contents

From May 26 to 28, TCT Asia 2021 took place at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, bringing together over 200 leading 3D printing companies. TPM3D made a strong impression with its latest innovations in SLS 3D printing technology.

1

Launch of Cutting-Edge Printers

TPM3D showcased its new small ultra-high temperature and large dual-laser SLS systems. The S150HT, capable of reaching a chamber temperature of 350°C, supports high-performance materials like PEEK, enabling accelerated material testing and product development. The S800DL, with an 800×800mm build chamber, combines high part quality with faster printing speeds for large-scale parts. The upgraded P480DL, featuring an intelligent dual-laser collaboration system, boosts printing efficiency by up to 40% compared to its predecessor, meeting growing industrial production demands.

3

Major Contract Signing

TPM3D and Nanjing Superior celebrated a second purchase agreement at the event. Nanjing Superior will invest RMB 10 million in ten next-generation industrial SLS printers, including dual-laser P550 units and Parts & Power Processing Stations (PPS). These systems increase printing efficiency by 40%, reduce material waste by 15%, and support large-scale production.

4

Technology Seminar & Industry Insights

In collaboration with Hangzhou SCANTECH, TPM3D hosted a seminar on 3D printing and 3D digitization applications, exploring future market trends and opportunities with industry experts.

5

Booth Highlights

Visitors were drawn to TPM3D’s best-selling P360 printer, PPS clean production solution, and a range of high-quality SLS-printed samples across multiple industries. The P Series emphasizes reliability, cost-effectiveness, and high-speed performance, while the PPS system simplifies post-processing with integrated cleaning, powder recycling, and feeding solutions.

TCT Asia 2021 demonstrated TPM3D’s continued leadership in high-performance SLS 3D printing solutions and its commitment to innovation and customer-driven development.
