TPM3D Unveils High-Performance Large SLS Printer S600DL at TCT Asia 2019

S600DL: Large-Format, Dual-Laser Precision

The S600DL features dual lasers, dual oscillating mirrors, dual-mode scanning, and powder preheating, along with 72 technical enhancements that significantly boost printing efficiency. It is designed for applications in automotive, aviation, medical, and industrial spare parts, supporting customization, mass production, integrated molding, large orthoses, and oversized rotating components.

Advanced Material Compatibility

The printer supports a wide range of materials, including Precimid1172ProGF30 BLK, glass-reinforced nylon Precimid1172Pro, Precimid1171ProAF40, and aluminum-alloy reinforced nylon. Notably, the carbon fiber-reinforced material Precimid1171ProCF15 BLK delivers bending strength up to 6000 MPa, making it ideal for high-performance environments such as vehicles, drones, and military applications.

Next-Generation PA6 Materials

TPM3D highlighted its new PA6 materials—PA6X BLK and PA6X Ultra BLK—which eliminate the need for dehumidification before printing. These materials offer heat and distortion resistance, high stability, and molding properties comparable to PA12, addressing the limitations of traditional PA6 powders and expanding the printer’s versatility for transportation, machinery, and electronics applications.
