Large-Format Powerhouse — P550DL Dual-Laser Printer

TPM3D showcased the P550DL, its large-format dual-laser SLS system, developed to meet the rising demand for big builds and higher productivity. With a build chamber of 550 × 550 × 850 mm, dual high-power lasers, and a dual digital dynamic focusing system, the P550DL boosts production efficiency by more than 45%. Its size and capabilities made it an attention-grabber on the show floor, reaffirming its role as a preferred solution across aviation, automotive, appliances, footwear, and prototyping industries.

Expanding Applications and Materials

Beyond equipment, TPM3D highlighted its ongoing work in new materials and application development, with samples from sectors including automotive, medical, and consumer goods. These exhibits reflected TPM3D’s continued commitment to advancing real-world applications of SLS technology.

With TCT Asia 2023 successfully concluded, TPM3D is now preparing for its next stop — Formnext 2023 in Frankfurt, Germany, November 7–10, where even more innovations will be on display.
