Leading SLS 3D printing technology provider TPM3D will unveil two major new products and showcase its latest 3D-printed footwear at the upcoming TCT Asia 2026, taking place from March 17–19 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Visitors can explore the company’s newest innovations at Booth 8D35 in Hall 8.1.
With more than two decades of experience in selective laser sintering (SLS) technology, TPM3D will present a range of industrial, medical, and consumer applications at the show, alongside the Asia debut of the CF200+PPS200 system and the global launch of the P360 Ultra.
Two Major Product Launches at TCT Asia
CF200 + PPS200 Makes Asia Debut
The CF200 + PPS200 system will make its Asia debut during the exhibition. Designed as a compact yet fully capable professional SLS solution, the system combines the CF200 printer with the PPS200 post-processing unit.
Together, they enable a closed-loop workflow that integrates printing, depowdering, sieving, powder mixing, and material feeding into a largely automated process. The system is designed to minimize direct powder contact and simplify production through one-click operation.
Despite its industrial capabilities, the system occupies less than one square meter of floor space and operates on a standard 220V power supply, making it suitable for offices, R&D labs, and other space-constrained environments. An integrated air-filtration and odor-removal system, combined with negative-pressure depowdering, helps reduce airborne powder and maintain a clean workspace.
TPM3D will officially introduce the CF200 + PPS200 during a product launch presentation at Booth 8Q100 at 10:40 a.m. during the exhibition.
P360 Ultra Debuts Globally
TPM3D will also present the global premiere of the P360 Ultra, an upgraded version of its established P360 SLS platform.
The new system focuses on improving efficiency, cleanliness, and usability. Compared with the previous generation, the P360 Ultra reduces the machine footprint by approximately 11%, helping manufacturers optimize workspace utilization.
A redesigned powder-feeding system improves cleanliness while reducing dust generation and lowering the risk of print failures. The system also adopts a bottom-feed powder design to reduce operational costs and improve energy efficiency. In addition, integrated control units and a semiconductor-based temperature control system simplify operation and maintenance.
3D-Printed Shoes Highlight Consumer Applications
In addition to new hardware, TPM3D will showcase newly designed 3D-printed shoes, demonstrating how SLS technology is expanding into consumer product applications.
The footwear integrates advanced additive manufacturing with contemporary design, offering lightweight structures and distinctive textures that are difficult to achieve with traditional manufacturing methods. During the exhibition, selected visitors will have the opportunity to receive a pair of 3D-printed shoes and experience the technology firsthand.
SLS Applications Across Multiple Industries
As a nationally recognized “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in advanced manufacturing in China, TPM3D has spent more than 20 years developing SLS technology and holds over 90 patents.
At TCT Asia 2026, the company will present application cases spanning multiple industries, including industrial components, medical braces and assistive devices, and consumer goods. The display aims to demonstrate how additive manufacturing can support product innovation, accelerate development cycles, and enable new design possibilities.
