TCT Asia 2022 in Shenzhen is set to restart tomorrow, and TPM3D is ready to welcome visitors at Booth D53. Despite earlier postponements, venue changes, and temporary suspensions, the team is eager to showcase the latest in industrial SLS 3D printing technology.
Industrial SLS Additive Manufacturing Systems
With growing demand for polymer powder 3D printing, TPM3D has launched two large-sized dual-laser SLS machines: P550DL and S600DL. These systems have been successfully installed with customers worldwide. Unlike many extended-format dual-laser machines on the market, TPM3D’s designs focus on enhanced production quality and efficiency, featuring wider dual-laser overlap areas and intelligent cooperative scanning that minimizes weak points in printed parts.
P550DL – Performance Series
-
Build chamber: 550 × 550 × 850 mm
-
Dual 140 W CO₂ lasers
-
Dual high-speed dynamic focusing scanning system (max. 22 m/s)
-
Built-in nitrogen generator
-
Patented active cooling for faster and more efficient powder reuse
The P550DL balances large-format printing with high cost-efficiency, serving industries including automotive, service bureaus, and medical applications.
S600DL – Superior Series
-
Build chamber: 600 × 600 × 800 mm (288 L)
-
Modular electromechanical design
-
TUV CE certified, PL-e safety level
-
Oxygen concentration detection and smoke filtration modules
The S600DL offers larger build volume, higher efficiency, and advanced safety, making it ideal for automotive, aerospace, defense, and medical sectors. Its stability and production capacity have earned strong praise from international customers.
P360 + PPS Cleaning Production Solution
The P360 system, paired with the PPS powder processing station, demonstrates a compact, high-performance solution for clean and efficient SLS production. PPS minimizes powder leakage and streamlines post-processing, while retaining flexible manual powder handling. This system is suitable for industries like automotive, appliances, and service bureaus.
Diverse Exhibits and Live Demonstrations
TPM3D will display a variety of samples in different materials, sizes, applications, and post-processing finishes, including industrial parts and medical rehabilitation devices.
At 10:30 am, TPM3D will host two live booth broadcasts, introducing SLS printing machines and applications. Visitors are encouraged to join in person at Booth D53 or follow the live broadcasts online.
