SLS Innovation on Display: TPM3D Highlights S600DL and PPS at Formnext 2023

On November 10, Formnext 2023 concluded successfully at Messe Frankfurt, marking another milestone for the global additive manufacturing community. Covering more than 51,000 square meters and featuring 802 exhibitors from around the world, the event showcased the latest breakthroughs in precision molding, 3D printing equipment, advanced materials, and industrial applications.

Making its debut appearance at Formnext, TPM3D drew strong attention with its industrial-grade SLS solutions. Visitors gathered at the booth to see the company’s flagship S600DL large-format SLS printer and its integrated Part & Powder Processing Station (PPS)—a one-stop solution that streamlines post-processing and powder recycling. Both products received significant interest from professionals seeking scalable, efficient, and reliable additive manufacturing systems.

In addition to equipment, TPM3D showcased a wide variety of sample parts printed with PP, TPU, and PEKK, illustrating the versatility of its SLS platforms. These materials demonstrated how TPM3D supports applications requiring lightweight structures, flexibility, durability, and high-performance engineering properties—meeting the needs of industries ranging from automotive to consumer products.
