TCT Asia 2020 opened on July 8th at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, bringing together 255 3D printing companies from around the globe. Despite ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic, the industry continues to innovate and push boundaries.
Making its mark at the exhibition, TPM3D spotlighted its upgraded dual-laser SLS printing technology. The enhanced system features a patented preheating function that dramatically reduces the heat-up time for each powder layer, improving efficiency. An additional laser has also been integrated into the platform, further increasing printing speed and productivity.
The centerpiece, TPM3D’s S600DL, is now the largest dual-laser sintering system in Asia, capable of handling large-format prints with high precision and consistency. It became commercially available in July and has already drawn attention from industrial users seeking high-performance SLS solutions.
While TPM3D did not display its printers on-site this year, visitors are invited to explore its Asia Display & Training Center and SLS Advanced Materials Print Center in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province. There, guests can experience SLS printing applications firsthand and witness the full capabilities of TPM3D’s additive manufacturing technology.
