Company Profile
TPM3D's scientific research team was established in 1999, making it one of the earlier professional technology companies in China engaged in 3D printing business, focusing on the research and development and application of Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) additive manufacturing processes. The company's headquarters is located in Shanghai, with the operational center in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, the marketing center in Beijing, the printing service center in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, and the manufacturing center in Hefei, Anhui Province. Additionally, TPM3D has collaborated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Zhongshan Chenxinghai Hospital to establish a digital 3D printing medical center in Zhongshan City.
 
In 2007, TPM3D was the first in Asia to launch its self-developed laser sintering additive manufacturing system. Between 2014 and 2018, the company received investment from the industry giant Stratasys and established a joint venture, which further enhanced its technology. This advancement allowed TPM3D to become the first SLS additive manufacturing system manufacturer in China to obtain the German Rhein TüV CE certification.
 
In 2019, the founding team repurchased all the shares from Stratasys and completed the company's name change, allowing the "TPM3D" brand to operate independently.
 
After years of accumulation, TPM3D has developed into an industry-renowned brand that integrates equipment and material research and development, production, and sales. It also provides customized product design and professional 3D printing services. The company has successfully developed the S series, P series, and E series of industrial-grade laser sintering additive manufacturing systems, as well as more than ten types of polymer laser sintering powder materials. TPM3D has obtained over 60 national patents, providing efficient and stable 3D printing intelligent manufacturing solutions for users in the medical, automotive, consumer electronics, education, cultural creation, and aerospace fields.
 
TPM3D Asia Advanced Materials Printing Center

Located in the Big Data Industrial Park of Yancheng High-tech Zone, Jiangsu Province, the center covers an area of over 1,000 square meters. It aims to accelerate the research and development of TPM3D's special materials and innovative industry applications. The center is divided into several areas: Intelligent Manufacturing 3D Printing International Exhibition Platform, Industrial and Special Material Smart Printing Center, Medical Sterile Laboratory R&D Platform, SLS Process Post-processing Center, and Multimedia Conference Area.

The Industrial and Special Material Smart Printing Center is equipped with more than ten SLS printing devices and focuses on the research and application development of printing processes and application development of PA6 and high-performance polymer materials like PEEK. It connects with domestic and international strategic partners in polymer material research and manufacturing to further explore the application of SLS special materials in medical, high-end industrial, and aerospace fields.

3D Printing Digital Medical Center
In 2021, TPM3D, in collaboration with Zhongshan Chenxinghai Hospital, established an in-hospital 3D printing application center, focusing on the application development of SLS 3D printing in the medical field. The center is dedicated to researching and promoting the application of 3D printing technology in medical clinical fields and provides computer-aided design, 3D printing manufacturing, and technical consulting services for hospitals, research institutions, and related enterprises. The center has established a technical system composed of medical image three-dimensional reconstruction, individualized treatment surgery planning, and individualized implant design and manufacturing. It has also actively researched and developed in the manufacturing of surgical models, guides, and individualized implants.
TPM3D Scientific Research
TPM3D's production base and experimental center are located in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, with more than 50% of the team dedicated to research and development and production. Over the years, TPM3D's scientific research team has successfully developed nearly a dozen industrial-grade laser sintering additive manufacturing systems, including the S series, P series, and E series, a full-performance part powder processing workstation (PPS), and several high polymer powders for manufacturing high-quality parts, holding over 70 national patents.
 
The solid scientific research strength has made TPM3D's laser sintering forming 3D printing systems and laser sintering nylon polymer functional materials lead the industry. With the increasing popularity of 3D printing technology and the continuous development of 3D printing process types and levels, TPM3D's laser sintering additive manufacturing process has been widely recognized by the industry. It features compact equipment size, no need for support editing, multi-layered part placement, full-process active temperature management, expandable automatic powder-adding function, environmental dust management, and a single interface for multiple machine types.
