About Tsinghua University Sculpture Department
Established in 1999, the Sculpture Department originated from the Central Academy of Arts and Design's Decorative Arts Department. Over two decades, it has developed a high-level faculty and a comprehensive teaching system. About TPM3D P550DL
P550DL is TPM3D's dual-laser SLS 3D printing system, designed to meet the demand for large-format laser sintering equipment. With its large build volume, high production efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, it is widely used in industries such as automotive, education, prototyping, and healthcare.

Key Features:

  1. Large Build Volume: 550×550×850mm, supporting single-piece large parts or batch production of small to medium parts.
  2. Dual-Laser System: Equipped with two 140W CO2 lasers and dynamic focusing scanning systems, achieving a maximum scanning speed of 2×22m/s, significantly enhancing production efficiency.

Efficient and Safe Production Solution – PPS
To address challenges in large part cleaning and powder recycling, TPM3D's Part & Powder Processing Station (PPS) integrates six functions: parts cleaning, powder recycling, powder intake, powder mixing, powder feeding, dust collection. This significantly improves production efficiency, reduces labor costs, and is essential for achieving production-grade efficiency with large multi-laser systems.
