Large dragon model appeares at TCT Asia2024, experiencing the shock of 3D printing
On My 7-9, 2024, TCT Asia 2024 will celebrate its 10th anniversary. After then years of development, TCT Asia has now become the largest and most professional 3D printing technology exhibition in Asia. The exhibition will be held at the national convention and exhibition center(Shanghai), with a scale of 40,000 square meter and nearly 400 brands participate in the exhibition, more than 20,000 professional visitors attend.

TPM3D will bring a large-sized dragon model to TCT Asia 2024, it’s a stunning new exhibit adopts SLS laser sintering technology for printing and molding, which not only has a super large size (up to 700mm on height), but also achieves the utmost details. Each scale, claw, hair and other complex structures of the dragon have been perfectly displayed. The perfect combination of the traditional Chinese dragon image and modern 3D printing technology has brought unprecedented visual shock.

Large size double laser printing system
The large dragon model is printed using TPM3D P550DL printing system with the chamber size reaches 550x550x850mm, can meet the need of users from the fields of automobiles, service bureau, medical, and aerospace. The printer is equipped with 2 sets of carbon dioxide lasers of 140 watt, and 2 sets of high-performance dynamic focusing scanning systems, with a maximum scanning speed of 22m/s. The build-in nitrogen generator can save the cost. The system also equipped with patented active cooling technology, it improves cooling efficiency while extending the service life of powder, allowing for unlimited recycling and reuse of used powder. The full intelligent touch screen operation interface brings users a convenient experience.
Along with the Part & Powder Processing Station (PPS)., which integrate the six functions including: part cleaning ,powder recycling, adding,mixing, feeding,and dust collecting. It can effectively suppress powder overflow, keep the environment clean, help users improve processing efficiency, and reduce labor investment.
